As Head of Marketing, I led a 16-person team executing across multiple fronts:

Brand Identity Redevelopment: The evolution from Admix to LandVault required a full brand repositioning. We developed a new identity that reflected the company's expanded metaverse focus while retaining the technical credibility built over years in gaming.

Client Engagement: Managed marketing relationships with major global brands throughout their metaverse experience development. This required balancing confidentiality with the need to build social proof.

Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Executed coordinated campaigns across social media, content, and PR to build LandVault's profile as the go-to partner for brands entering virtual worlds.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Built processes to align marketing, sales, and product teams — ensuring consistent messaging at every stage of the client journey and reducing friction in handoffs.

Team Leadership and Mentorship: Developed and supported a team of 16 across content, design, social, and events, building capacity for scale.
